I run my own felting and creative workshops for anyone who wants to learn new skills or rediscover existing skills. There is an emphasis on felt-making and textiles.
The workshops are suitable if you are new to felt making or come with some knowledge and want to deepen your understanding and try new techniques.
All workshops take place in a relaxed and supportive environment. I find it fascinating that being around wool seems to encourage conversation and promote a positive vibe.
I advocate that everyone should make some space for creativity and to put this higher up the agenda “of things to do” on a regular basis.
The intention is to share, encourage and inspire each other.
In 2018 I delivered workshops to Truro Prep School, two local Art & Craft Groups, a Brownie Group and to the residents at a local care home. Age and ability is no barrier to the creative process.
I also demonstrated felt-making at the St Ewe Country Fair and at my local Methodist Church Spring Fete.
Here is the list of the workshops I have planned for February, March and April
I also run regular workshops at Truro Wools https://www.facebook.com/TruroWool
